Nye Caves to Pressure from Grassroots and Loyola

Says No to Obama/Pelosicare
“We had a great victory today in the 2nd District. Our Democrat opponent, Glenn Nye, caved to the overwhelming pressure of the grassroots and the Loyola campaign as he announced that he was going to vote against the healthcare bill,” said 2nd Congressional District Republican Candidate Ben Loyola.
“The citizens of the 2nd District do not want socialized medicine. They want to be free to spend their own money and choose their own healthcare. They trust their doctors and their wallets, not Obama or Pelosi. Thanks to the continued pressure of the grassroots, Nye is fearing for his job and voting the right way on this one.” continued Ben.
“However, we don’t need someone in office that is going to vote the right way simply because they are afraid for their jobs. We need a true believer in our values. I believe that we cannot allow any form of socialized medicine to be instituted in the United States. It does not work in Communist Cuba and it did not work in the USSR. We cannot jeopardize the lives of average American citizens by leaving decisions about their healthcare up to a government bureaucrat.” -Ben Loyola
